Example: Loyalty Card

Imagine a small coffee shop putting a QR code beside the register. A regular scans it, saves the loyalty card, and now has the shop's card in the same place they keep tickets and payment cards.

What the pass includes

The pass could include the business name, customer name, reward status, member number, a QR code, and a link back to your menu, booking page, or site.

The first version can stay simple. A saved card with clear reward language is already easier than asking customers to download an app.

How to share it

Put the claim link on receipts, at checkout, in email, on packaging, or behind a counter QR code.

Ask people to save it when they are already interested: right after they buy, book, visit, or join.

What to send later

Send reward reminders, limited offers, event updates, or a location-based message when customers are nearby.

A good loyalty message sounds like: your reward is ready, today's special is available, or we are nearby this weekend.
